Youth Services materials and services are located on the 2nd level of the library.

Materials and Services

For Youth ages Baby to Teen and Families—books, audiobooks, videos, music CDs, video games, magazines, learning games, and teacher boxes


Early learning area with toys and kits to promote STEM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and early literacy skills.

Family Storytime
10 AM on Wednesdays, beginning September 13

Interactive stories and songs, targeting age 3-5.
All ages are encouraged to attend.
Under age 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
Advance registration appreciated.


Toddler Storytime
10 AM on Mondays, beginning September 25

8 weekly sessions of interactive stories, rhymes and songs targeting children ages 24 - 36 months with adult.
Advance registration appreciated.

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays beginning September 11

MONDAYS IN MOTION-games experiments, and crafts organized around themes such as Harry Potter, Star Wars, and mummies for grades 4 - 8.

TECHIE TUESDAYS-collaborative gaming (Minecraft & Roblox) where kids build and play collaboratively in the same worlds for grades 3 - 8.

FRIDAY FLICKS-weekly movies recommended for grades 5 - 8. Popcorn will be served. Movies with a rating of G, PG and PG 13 will be shown.

BOOKS 'N SNACKS-student-led book club for kids in grades 6 - 8.
